Rooms were clean. 24hr reception was what we needed as we arrived late on the boat from denmark
It was noisy in the morning about 8am as the hotel is undergoing a major renovation. So hamerimg from the room next to us

Ok hotel with great location
Great location for the park and especially nice if you have a balcony with a view towards the lake and pirate show. Kid friendly and helpful staff.
The facilities are well used and deserve a makeover. Cleaning of the room was ok at best eg one of the coffee cups in our room was still full of coffee. Breakfast is an ok buffet with limited and cheap bread options though good for small kids. The rooms are small so if you use the sleeping sofa there is basically no floor space and the room also has no cabinets or hangers for clothes
